    Jeremy Goulding CEO

    Jeremy joined Wheatley in 2010, bringing over 25 years' international experience of delivering growth in high technology software companies. He has worked in the UK, Europe and the US in a number of executive and management consulting roles for technology businesses, including leading a number of strategic sales to maximise investment return. Jeremy completed his MBA at Bath University and has a Law degree from Southampton University. He is also a founding member and coach at the international CEO Collaborative Forum.

    Stuart Atkins Engineering Director

    Stuart has been with Wheatley since its inception, joining in 1993. With a HND in Computer Systems Engineering from Northampton University Stuart heads up the engineering team. He is responsible for the design and delivery of all Wheatley products and uses his long-standing expertise within Wheatley’s chosen markets to maintain high technical standards and ensure that all solutions delivered achieve clients’ requirements.

    Paul Clarkson Sales Director

    Paul is Sales Director at Wheatley, responsible for Wheatley’s sales team, alongside maintaining industry and new customer relations. Paul has spent over 20 years in sales management, with the last 10 of those specialising in the Energy & Utilities markets, giving him the broad domain expertise to ensure Wheatley’s products evolve with market requirements and that customers are offered the best fit solutions to their needs.

    Craig Edge Senior Consulting Engineer

    Craig joined Wheatley in 2010 after 30 years in the utilities sector. A chartered electrical engineer Craig has operated within the gas, electricity and water sectors and was Operations Director within the Energy and Contracting Solutions Division of United Utilities. This experience of running both direct labour and contract workforces in challenging commercial environments means Craig can offer a unique client perspective to enhance Wheatley’s products.

    Jane Bromley Marketing Manager

    Jane has responsibility for Wheatley’s marketing, communication and new product development. 15 years in both the Financial Services and Business Process Outsourcing sectors, has brought experience of all facets of marketing, focusing particularly in a business to business environment. Jane holds a Diploma in Professional Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a BA (Hons) in Philosophy from UEA and is a qualified PRINCE2 practitioner.

    Cathy Schofield Programme Manager

    Cathy manages the project portfolio for Wheatley. She has a long history of working within complex IT environments at the Stock Exchange and Banking and Government sectors. Her experience in stakeholder management brings with it an insight and understanding that consistently delivers high value solutions to customer requirements. Cathy is a qualified PRINCE2 practitioner and has also achieved MSP accreditation.

    Peter Reeves Research & Development Manager

    As Research & Development Manager Peter is responsible for prototypes, concept solutions and technical feasibility to help advance early requirements for projects and ensure Wheatley's solutions reflect emerging customer needs. During his time at Wheatley Peter has been lead developer on a number of key products, including Wheatley's asset management and workforce scheduling solutions. Prior to joining Wheatley in 1999, Peter developed software solutions for the manufacturing and legal sectors.

    Stephen Lewis Support Manager

    Stephen is responsible for both internal and external IT support for Wheatley and its customers. Following a Physics degree from Bath University, Stephen has built up over 8 years’ experience in IT support provision, working in the logistics and asset management industries to provide product and user support worldwide. Stephen also holds ITIL v3 Foundation and ITIL v3 Intermediate: Release, Control and Validation qualifications, which underpin the rigorous and systematic approach Wheatley take to providing customer support.

    Clare Cook Accountant & Human Resource Manager

    Clare has overall responsibility for Wheatley's Finance and HR functions. Over 15 years in the freight forwarding and logistics industries provided her with experience of all aspects of corporate finance, leading her to become a full member of the Association of Accounting Technicians. In addition, Clare supports all the employees at Wheatley and manages all associated processes, ensuring the alignment of Wheatley's human resource policies with the company's values, goals and strategies.

    Jessica Denny QA Manager

    At Wheatley the QA team are integral to all projects from the start and testing is ongoing throughout, meaning that Jessica’s role is responsible for managing all Quality Assurance (QA) activities undertaken to ensure that all products and customer deliveries meet our high quality standards. Jessica has been at Wheatley for 15 years and has considerable product knowledge, together with broad experience of different testing techniques and standards, supported by the ISEB Foundation certificate in software testing. Following a First Class Honours Degree in History Jessica has built her career in the utilities metering industry, starting at Siemens Metering in the Electricity Data Aggregation team, prior to commencing work for Wheatley.

    Simon Murray Water Solutions Manager

    Simon is responsible for Wheatley’s services to the water market. With over 20 years’ experience working directly for water companies and in the water supply chain Simon has held roles within many facets of the industry, most notably responsibility for customer billing, delivery of metering installation programmes and leading smart water metering strategy development. Simon has also been involved in a number of water industry bodies, including sitting on Ofwat’s Smart Metering Advisory Group (SMAG) and a term as Chair for Water UK’s Smart Metering Network.
